The City of Tomahawk has waived the open intoxicant laws
for the following times and locations only!

| THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! Drinking on public property in all other areas would create a situation where you would be ticketed by the Police Department. All other drinking must be inside a tavern, supper club, or a beer garden area approved by the City of Tomahawk!
